Jack has been spending a lot of time with his best friend Trace. (aka Ace)
This morning, in between rain showers, we went to the park and the boys decided that the jungle gym. swings and slides were boring compared to the puddle on the sidewalk.

Jack's got a new friend!
Our friends Eleanor and Jon had a baby in June and they finally came down to Florida so we could meet the new little guy!



His name is Alastair and he is just as cute as can be. Jack is just hoping that the next time he sees him, he will actually play with him.
Because unlike Jack, who hardly ever slept as a tiny baby, Alastair seemed to sleep all the time. Chris and I were shocked by the amount of sleeping this kid could do in a weekend. Maybe we were a little bit jealous even because..... This was pretty much Alastair's weekend:

But Jack decided that really worked out for him because he had free reign of the toys

Look out Jack, Alastair won't always be this little. Enjoy it while you can.
